B&B Offroad KTM 390 Adventure R/Adventure X 25-26 Polished Silver Bash Plate
Built for riders who push their KTM 390 Adventure R or Enduro R to the limit, this bash plate offers solid protection where it counts. Made in Australia by B&B Off Road Engineering, it’s designed to handle serious off-road punishment while keeping your engine and frame safe.
Features:
- Strong and Lightweight: The main base plate is made from 5mm 5083 aluminium, with 4mm 5083 alloy wings for extra side protection.
- Engine Case Coverage: Shaped to wrap around and protect the engine cases from rocks, debris, and rough terrain.
- Frame Mounted: The front and rear are frame mounted using steel hardware and rubber insulation.
- Vibration & Noise Dampening: The rear and front mounts use rubber insulation bushes and pads with steel brackets to help dampen vibration and minimise noise. Dampen plate under rear mount.
- Easy Fitment: Designed specifically for the KTM 390 Adventure R and Enduro R. Fits straight on using included hardware.
- Heavy-duty protection with 5mm base plate and 4mm wings
- Engine case protection
- Front and rear steel mounts with rubber insulation for vibration dampening
- Front and rear bracket is frame mounted
- We suggest Loctite for the four main bash plate bolts – adding to any extra fasteners is at your discretion
- NOT compatible with COOBER decat pipe – the secondary pipe takes up more room than the OEM and interferes with our RHS bash plate mount hole on the rear bracket
