Built for serious adventure riding, the FWF T7 Air Intake Upgrade Kit delivers higher air flow rates while significantly improving dust protection!

The FWF airbox lid is CNC-machined from durable Acetal plastic, designed with a 40% larger intake opening for increased airflow, provision for pre-filter fitment, and mounts securely to the standard airbox with ease.

In addition to the hi-flow intake lid, is a large pre-filter element designed with an open-pore foam base and neoprene gasket which slots securely into the lid’s opening. The pre-filters pyramid profile spreads dust across the filter without restricting airflow, essentially doubling the surface area. The pre-filter is easily removed or replaced quickly, without the need for tools. 

A wash cover supplied with the kit fits neatly into the airbox lid once the pre-filter is removed, making it easy to pressure-wash around the airbox for a thorough clean.

The FunnelWeb Filter was designed and is manufactured by Infiltration Pty Ltd, an Australian Company with more than 40 years of experience in off road motorcycle foam air filtration within the organisation. Utilising the latest technologies in open cell foam 3D profiling, the pyramid profile effectively doubles the filters outside surface area without increasing its overall size and, compared with conventional foam air filters, have been designed to;

• Trap and hold more dust on the outside surface of the filter
• Maintain optimal air flow by spreading dust build over an increased surface area.
• Enable longer filter service intervals.

The Foam Profile:

• Provides a 100% larger surface to trap more dust
• Traps dust evenly over the increased outside surface area while allowing optimum airflow for longer periods of riding
• Effectively reduces the frequency of filter changes and cleanings.

Die Cut Foam Only Seal

Impenetrable, robust foam enables a tight fit and guarantees no dirt or debris enters the airbox. The robustness of the seal also reduces the chance of shrinking, stretching, and tearing to allow for optimal fit over its lifetime.

Developed and Tested in Oz

Numerous combinations of foam profiles and porosities have been tested in harsh, dusty race conditions and test tracks to come up with the ideal combination. With the assistance of Australian KTM motocross and enduro race teams, more than 1,500 filters were manufactured, tested and either serviced and reused or cut open for inspection before any were made available for sale.
