Small to Medium Shell:
- To create a tighter fit in your Small helmet (Extra Small): 30mm
- Small: 25mm
- Medium: 20mm
- To create a looser fit in your Medium helmet: 15mm
Large - 3XL Shell:
- To create a tighter fit in your Large Helmet: 30mm
- Large: 25mm
- XLarge: 20mm
- 2XL: 15mm
- 3XL: 10mm
